Description:

Educators cannot become great unless they are given the time, support, and tools to grow in their professional practice. Designed for teachers, coaches, and educational leaders, this interactive workshop with Philip B Warrick offers a paradigm-shifting approach to teacher development. Participants will learn research-based steps for reflection and improvement, principles for meaningful feedback and coaching, and protocols designed to help teachers, coaches, and administrators support and promote the development of teacher expertise.
