Description:
The ALA-CASE Spring conference provides legal and practical guidance on hot topic issues such as FAPE and best practices in behavioral intervention, tiered instruction, related services provision, etc. This conference will prepare administrators to face the many and varied challenges regarding the provision of special education and related services in education and equip them with skills needed to meet the needs of special education students, while ensuring that they are aware of the federal, state, and local policies needed to avoid conflict and litigation.
