Title: 10 Mindframes for Leaders: The Visible Learning Approach to School Success
Description:
In this virtual overview session, we will explore Simon Sinek's Golden Circle and the importance of how we think about what we do as leaders. We will examine Hattie's 10 mindframes and look at this internal set of beliefs about our role as leaders and how these beliefs determine the high-impact leadership practices we choose to implement. We will choose two mindframes closely connected to our work and dive deeper into these areas for interactive networked professional learning. As an outcome of the session, we will plan next steps to immediately apply the learning within our specific roles and contexts.
