The expanded professional study, The Bold Blueprint: Five Forces Driving the Future of School Leadership, is a five-day learning academy designed to support Alabama school leaders in mastering essential leadership skills across five core areas: generational workforce dynamics, artificial intelligence in school leadership, high-impact instructional strategy implementation, literacy and numeracy leadership, and operational efficiency using implementation science. Participants are required to attend all five sessions, complete a pre-assessment, engage in collaborative problem solving, and submit a post-study leadership action plan focused on their school’s improvement needs. The series will be hosted regionally across Alabama and available virtually.
