The purpose of this professional study is to equip leaders to work collaboratively with school faculty and staff to plan and implement professional learning that promotes growth in all individuals within the organization to positively impact student learning. Participants will partner to observe classroom instruction in select schools to determine the needs of the school and of the leadership.
