One requirement for successful completion of the Alabama Principal Leadership Development System (APLDS) Program each year is that principals and assistant principals must complete 

at least 30 APLDS Clock Hours of high-quality professional learning from the state-approved list.

This professional study course will be a master class centered around the theme Live2Lead. Attendees will attend a live event in Montgomery AL. They will engage with other participants by watching videos from John Maxwell and other transformational leaders. In between video sessions, participants will have individual reflection and group activity time.
