BAMA-STOP School Violence is a program committed to reducing and preventing school violence by equipping Behavior Threat Assessment (BTA) teams with the knowledge and tools needed to manage potential threats. Participating schools have appointed a diverse group of staff members—including teachers, administrators, counselors, and school resource officers—to serve on their BTA teams. These teams will engage in six comprehensive trainings and workshops, organized by the BAMA-STOP team in collaboration with leading experts in field of threat assessment.
