Description:

This one-day regional workshop brings leaders and teams together for a collaborative, hands-on learning experience facilitated by Studer Education Leader Coaches. The day blends brief periods of focused instruction with extensive peer dialogue, teamwork time, and real-world application, creating meaningful opportunities for leaders to learn, reflect, and plan together.


Participants will engage in a series of highly interactive mini-masterclasses designed to encourage discussion, reflection, and shared problem-solving with peers facing similar challenges. Leaders will learn alongside colleagues from across the region while exploring how daily leadership behaviors shape culture, performance, and outcomes. Thoughtfully designed to maximize interaction and engagement, the workshop emphasizes collaboration, practice, and application—ensuring participants leave aligned, energized, and prepared to lead with consistency and clarity across their organizations.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Establish shared leadership language and aligned practices that strengthen trust, culture, and team performance

  • Apply communication, recognition, and data to drive meaningful and sustained improvement

  • Turn learning into action with clear leadership routines and next steps that can be implemented immediately

Principals and assistant principals must:

  1. REGISTER through the conference link here.

  2. REGISTER in PowerSchool PL no later than September 30, 2026Click here

  3. SIGN IN at each session attended using the QR code for each session.

APLDS Clock Hours: up to 6.5 (based on session attendance records)
