2026-27 State-Approved
Graduate Coursework

The listed graduate courses are the only courses approved for APLDS Clock Hours.

Requirements

Each three-hour course listed below may be used as 30 APLDS Clock Hours if the following criteria are met:

  • The graduate course credit must be awarded June 1, 2026 - April 30, 2027 to count towards the 2026-27 APLDS Program requirements.

  • Credit will only be awarded to principals and assistant principals.

​​

  • The final course grade must be at least a B.

​​

  • An official transcript must be submitted for verification. Official transcripts may be submitted securely through electronic transmission from the institution as an electronic PDF to Dr. Andrea Beall at andrea.beall@ALSDE.edu.

Directions

1. Review the approved graduate coursework list to determine if your graduate coursework is eligible for APLDS

    Clock Hours.

2. For eligible graduate coursework, email Dr. Andrea Beall (andrea.beall@ALSDE.edu) the following

     information no later than April 30, 2027:

3. Send an official transcript with the course grade through electronic transmission from the institution as an

     electronic PDF to Dr. Andrea Beall at andrea.beall@ALSDE.edu no later than April 30, 2027.

4. You do not need to register for a course in PowerSchool PL. Dr. Andrea Beall will follow up in an email when this process has been completed.
