If you aspire to be an Association leader or a leader in your school and school system, then the AEA Minority Leadership Training (MLT) Conference is for you! It will be held on October 31-November 2, 2025, at the Perdido Beach Resort in Orange Beach, Alabama. The MLT Conference is open to ALL AEA members. Professional learning topics include but are not limited to APLDS updates, Alabama teacher observation tool (ATOT), artificial intelligence (AI), partnering for literacy success, youth mental health, chronic absenteeism, communication skills for leaders, and more!
