The purpose of this study is to empower Alabama school leaders with practical strategies, tools, and confidence to lead high-performing schools in an evolving educational landscape.

Future-Ready Leadership:  Instructional Systems for High-Impact Learning is five-day professional study designed to support Alabama school leaders in building coherent, sustainable systems that ensure high-impact instruction in every classroom. This advanced leadership academy moves beyond foundational leadership knowledge and isolated strategies to focus on system-wide implementation, alignment, and continuous improvement.

The professional learning series is comprised of five comprehensive, full-day sessions designed to strengthen elementary mathematics instruction through a cohesive and research-based approach. The sessions focus on key components of effective math teaching and learning, including high -quality Tier 1 instruction, targeted intervention, data driven decision-making, and standards alignment.

This professional study gives school leaders an in-depth look at the pathway to proficiency for all students. Participants review the key components of the formative assessment cycle and lead their faculty to make student learning and standards mastery visible through formal and informal assessment, using Classroom Assessment Essentials (Brookhart, 2023) as a guiding text.

The BRSE Conference is an annual conference for educators who have gone through the BRSE school improvement process or would like to grow in nine different categories. These categories are, Student Focus and Support, School Organization and Culture, Challenging Standards and Curriculum, Active Teaching and Learning, Professional Community, Leadership and Educational Vitality, School Family and, Community Partnerships, Indicators of Success.
