Title:
APLDS - ARIC: 2026-27 The High Road to Leadership Excellence-Building Lasting Impact in Education (PLUACLD 1386)
In his trademark communication style, Maxwell teaches the principles and practices of high-road leadership that can increase anyone's influence and help them make their world a better place. Throughout this study and application, educational leaders will be challenged to examine their own practices, develop a plan for accountability and growth, and become a part of transforming their environments into healthy and thriving places that exemplify life on the high road. Participants in the study will journey through John C. Maxwell's book, High Road Leadership, while building supportive relationships with other administrators and leaders in the region through accountability partnerships. The University of Alabama/University of West Alabama In-Service Center will be the initial host site, but this study could be offered in another region or a school district using the same format.
